RETURN, REFUNDS

& OTHER TERMS

  • Prices and charges include VAT at the rate applicable at the time of the Order. VAT free dog foods are sold on the condition they fed to working dogs in accordance with H.M.R.C Reference 701/15 (March 2002)

  • any orders from postcodes outside our delivery area will be cancelled and refunded immediately, unless by prior arrangement

  • If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it and we will do our best to rectify the problem.

  • Due to the perishable nature of our frozen products, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges, unless the product is faulty (see below). This applies to both delivery and collection orders.

  • Non-frozen products are fully returnable, however the responsibility for return lies with the customer.

    • if collection is required, this can be arranged, but will incur a £3 collection fee, or you are welcome to return directly

    • Products can only be accepted for return if unopened.

  • Delivery fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • Faulty goods; for any defective or faulty products, please inform us in writing (e-mail) within 30 days of purchase.

    • we reserve the right to request evidence of the faulty goods, usually in the form of a photograph – this is so we can fully investigate the problem and decide on an appropriate course of action

    • we agree to arrange collection and replace any faulty or defective products (including frozen) free of charge

    • where items are being replaced, we reserve the right to offer a suitable alternative if the original product is out of stock, or provide a refund if preferred

    • refund will only provided for the price of the defective items, not the full order
